What is Hyperlite Mountain Gear's return policy?Updated 15 days ago

We have a simple and uncomplicated refund policy:

  • New, unused products can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Extended holiday returns available for purchases between our Black Friday sale and December 31st (until the end of January of the following year).
  • Tried it and didn't like it? Contact us – we'll see how we can help on a case-by-case basis.
  • For returns/exchanges of new, unused items, all packaging for third-party products must be undamaged and acceptable for resale.
  • Returned items will be inspected. Lightly used items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Return Shipping Cost: All customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which varies by package size and origin.
    • Domestic (U.S.): We provide a prepaid return label when you use our online platform. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
    • International: You are responsible for arranging and paying for your own return shipping with the carrier of your choice.

Hyperlite Mountain Gear products may be removed from any protective plastic but should have the original tags. Third party products (e.g., sleeping pads, cook and hydration systems, headlamps) must be in their original packaging. (If you’ve purchased your product from one of our authorized dealers, you'll have to reach out to that dealer for a return or exchange.)

Please note, one we have received your returned item, it may take up to one week for the refund to be processed, and you will receive an email confirming the refund once issued. We thank you for your patience!
