We have a simple and efficient return policy. New and unused products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date. You are welcome to try the pack on, indoors, with weight in the pack, to ensure optimal fit. If you purchased your product from an authorized dealer, you'll need to contact that dealer for returns or exchanges.

Please note, one we have received your returned item, it may take up to one week for the refund to be processed, and you will receive an email confirming the refund once issued. We thank you for your patience!
