I bought my gear from a third-party retailer. Am I still eligible for warranty or repairs?Updated a month ago

Yes, if the product in question was purchased from one of our authorized dealers, we are happy to work with you. Please include proof of purchase of your product when submitting your ticket; this can be in the form of an order confirmation email, receipt, or a bank statement screenshot. Our warranty and repairs do not cover items purchased from third party internet sites including auction websites, and regional trading websites (examples: Amazon, eBay, Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist).
