Returns and exchanges for items purchased with Affirm are subject to the standard policies outlined on our Returns and Exchanges page. To begin a return or exchange, please use our online return and exchange form.

After we issue your refund, Affirm will credit your loan balance for the amount of the refund within 3-45 business days. You can see your loan balance in your Affirm account.

While you’re waiting for your refund, you are required to make any monthly payments that are due, per the terms of your original loan agreement. Affirm will refund any payments you make while they complete the processing.
