There may be times when certain products have a lead time, meaning they are not yet available to ship. If so, a shipping notice will appear the product page when you've selected the desired model (size, color, volume, etc.). Established lead times will be published on the product page and noted in your order confirmation email. Occasionally, an order may be placed just before the lead time is published or updated, and customer support is available to help in these rare instances.
